Featuring TMS (Four Rivers) computerized maintenance system software (CMMS) and automated Pronk Technology Testing equipment, all tests are documented and stored in a database system. Reports are provided subsequent to the inspection.
A full inventory of equipment for each facility is saved in the Database and can be provided on request as well as test results. Additional new equipment may be added and tested on request. Removed or deleted equipment is documented. Equipment failing testing procedures is documented for needed repairs. Pace Medical Maintenance does not provide full service repairs; However, through our sister company, Pace Medical Services, recommended service is provided to repair the equipment. OTHER SERVICES:
Pace Medical Maintenance can also provide outlet tension and polarity testing as required annually. Testing of Isolation monitors in Surgery areas can be provided on request. See requirements: Annual testing for tension and polarity. Referrals to licensed electricians can be provided for outlet replacement, Circuit Breaker exercising and Emergency Generator testing which is also required by NFPA, AHCA and TJC.
Through a partner company, Preferred Medical Solutions, Inc., full service Medical gas testing and Environmental compliance can be provided.
Recommendations for appropriate replacement equipment can be provided as requested. New or used equipment may be resourced through Pace Medical Maintenance, Inc. as requested.
PACE MEDICAL MAINTENANCE is a full service operation providing Preventive Maintenance inspections on Medical Equipment for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Surgical Centers, and Physicians offices complying with The Joint Commission (TJC), Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), and NFPA requirements. Documents provided are sufficient to fulfill the documentation requirements needed for inspection by these agencies.
